   This dress is beautiful. I have a Bellatrix costume that I made by modifying an old velvet dress, but I would be interested in the pattern for this one if it is available. I would especially be interested how you created the cummberbund/waist cincher part as that was the most difficult part for me to recreate and I am not particularly happy with the results I have gotten.

   YES! I’m planning on being Bellatrix for a couple of upcoming things, and this dress is perfect!
